hi…this is billy. i am starting up anew in a new place…golconda ill. on my partners farm which is far from the madding crowd of the hyper stimulation of the austin exurb of georgetown tx. we are going to practice agroecology…grow our own food, no chemicals, and above all restore the soil in which all the microrganisms will come back to life and the theory is that if all the farms did this, then overtime climate change would go away. my partner pam knows all about this and is a true believer and could explain it in full. she is very idealistic and as such, very noble. right now she is planting 14500 little trees to help with the carbon problem and the government is funding 90% so government is not all so bad. i still do outsider art. i have changed…much smaller works. my style and materials are very similar to my austin stuff, but different in that my work is less didactic but still thematic but more abstract and believe it or not, billy is actually mixing colors and hues and the work is much smaller. BUT I HAVE DISCOVERED A MUCH IMPROVED NEON EFFECT “TO BE TRUE TO ONESELF.” my goal is to have the pic on the site by monday and i hope you will enjoy.
