Hi this is kylie i am billy’s assistant. i help him to communicate with the outside world as he is severely hearing impaired and somewhere on the autistic scale but as he says…”deaf but not dumb and autistic but artistic. i am a trained fine artist with two masters degrees and i help billy to make his conceptual art; but essentially all i do is follow his orders and only offer technical advice and never thematic input as yu will see billy is a visionary and i would say a liberal arts savant with a encyclopedic knowledge of all things on earth and in heaven! Billy is a true outsider artist as he has never had any formal art training and he uses unusual materials and techniques that are his methods and his alone. Billy’s was as he puts it “richard dryfussed”as in close encounters of the third kind at home depot 12 years ago. he was compelled to buy an 8’ x 4’ piece of sheetrock and two saw horses and in a fit he did his first art work - ‘future numen’ (a theological term popularized by c.s. lewis as the numinous … more on this later as billy will expound endlessly what this means to him in his art). billy was diagnosed as schizoid when he was young… totally withdrawn from the world in his deafness and poverty growing up in the poorest town in the poorest state (littleton, wva); however, billy overcame all this when he had an operation that helped his hearing and he gradually engaged the world and earned three degrees and was a very successful estate gardiner to the very rich. yu can read more about bio in the about on this site. billy says his isolation from people (his therapist says he was a feral child with no companions and only a hysteric surrogate mother who was in actuality his grandmother) turned out to be a blessing because he has a very powerful imagination that recast the world and helped him survive this trauma and as yu will see, enables him to imagine/fashion worlds in totality and so original and so complete in his art and especially his magnum opus… ‘THE ADVENTURES OF ROY ROGERS AND DALE EVANS AND THE KNOWN GOD AND THE UNKNOWN GOD AND ABRAXAS AND BILLY THE KID - A NEONIC NUMEN IN THE LOST AND FOUND GARDEN’ (this is a partial title…look at title page in full and left side print enlarged and right side enlarged from the menu). his partner and i encouraged billy to exegesis this incredible work. enjoy!
hi fellow traveler plez peruse this, my entryway to billy’s 3000 manhours project which poor billy considers his maga opium (again, dear friendy, billy luvs to make up new wordies to express his other wordly ideas and a la his hero marcel d. as billy sees himself as a ‘outsider’ conceptualist par excellance and plez take his work, especially this ‘the adventures of roy rogers and dale evans and the known god and the unknown god and abraxas and billy the kid - a neonic numen in the lost and found canyon’ and plez peruseally absorb this in my opinion a masterly conceptual masterpiece, plez!!!!). I.E. this work is not easily understood and in fact, i do not understand it fully as a spirit told me what to do and i believe it is very beautiful in an totally original way and the messages are quite profound and i sincerely wish i did not have to sound so braggadocious about my work but it is what it is and so far not one buyer has shown the minimal interest. so, my better half (ms. pamela) exhorts me to give a detailed exegesis of ‘the adventures….’ of which i am reluctant to do, in other words, “to let the cat out of the bag” and thereby losing the mystery and allowing a different interpretation; so, dear reader, as i said before, a whole bunch of this i don’t get and that is ok and so, yu can differ with billy and should as long as yu pay the $20,000 - hehehee!

BILLY THE KID - A NEONIC NUMEN AS “ BILLY” IS A KIDS NAME AND “BILLY THE KID” REFERS TO AN OUTLAW AS BILLY STEALS AND IS A KID AS IN THE PICASSOION EDICT THAT TO BE A GOOD ARTIST YU MUST REMAIN A CHILD AND PABLO ALSO INTONED HE WAS A THIEF WHICH BILLY CERTAINLY IS BECAUSE HE USES APPROPRIATION OF GREAT ART (HE JUST UPDATE.S IT AND MAKES IT BETTER WHICH IS A JOKE BUT THE INCLUSION OF GREAT ART GIVES HIM A SENSE OF BEING PART OF THE CANON AND HE HOPES WILL ENTHRALL HIS MESSAGE WITH THE AUGUST PATRONS OUT THERE…HEHEHEE!) “A” IN THAT BILLY IS NOT “THE” NEONIC NUMEN AS HE BELIEVES WE ARE ALL SPIRITUAL BEINGS NOT JUST POOR BILLY AND “NEONIC” DEPICTS BILLY’S USE OF NEON PAINTS WHICH HE KNOWS IS NOT “FINE “ ART COLOR STUFF BUT THE FINISHED ART WORK GLOWS IN THE DARK AND HE DOES ADHERE SOMEWHAT TO THE OMINOUS COLOR THEORY THINGY (REMEMBER, BILLY IS A TRULY OUTSIDER ARTIST AND IS FREE AS LONG AS HE IS TRUE TO HIS SPIRIT AND SO, HE IS A BEGINNER IN WHICH THERE ARE ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES WHICH BESIEGED AND TORMENT HIM ENDLESSLY BECAUSE POOR BILLY MUST CHOOSE JUST ONE UNLIKE PABLO’S CUBISM BUT HE BELIEVES ALL THESE ODDS AND ENDS DO COHERE AFTER MUCH “AGONY AND ECSTASY” AND HIS GRAND CONCEPTS ARE NOT JUST PATENTLY ORIGINAL BUT WHOLE AND COMPLETE AS MANIFESTED IN ‘THE ADVENTURES…’ WITH HUNDREDS OF PREMISES IN IMAGES, SCULPTURES, SYMBOLS, SONGS AND SCRIPTURES THAT ROTATE IN A CLOCKWISE MOTION ON THE THREE LEVELS TO A CLIMAXTIC CLIMAX IN THE REIFIED JOKUS VERSES…HEHEHEE AND LO! THEN WE ARE LEFT WITH “NUMEN” WHICH TO BILLY IS WHAT, HOPEFULLY, HIS ART IS ALL ABOUT…A SPIRIT OR DIVINE POWER PRESIDING OVER A THING OR PLACE AS PER GOOGLE BUT POOR BILLY AT HIS BEST DOES JUST THIS AND HE DID HIS ABSOLUTE BEST IN ‘THE ADVENTURES OF ….’NOW, I KNOW THIS SOUNDS VERY PRETENTIOUS AND SOPHOMORIC BUT IF YU DEAR FELLOW TRAVELER WILL LET ME BE YOUR GUIDE I DO BELIEVE THERE IS ONE PATRON OUT THERE WHO WILL AGREE AND WILL GLADLY PAY THE $20,000 …HEHEHEE!
